Ingredients: Firocoxib

  

Character:

  

This product is a brown tablet.

  

Indication:

  

It can be used to treat acute and chronic pain and inflammation caused by canine osteoarthritis and clinical operations.

Usage and dosage:

  

Oral administration: per 1kg of body weight, 5mg for dogs, once a day. When used to treat acute pain and inflammation caused by clinical operations, animals can be administered about 2 hours before the operation for 3 consecutive days, and the drug can be continued at the same dose according to the veterinarian's advice.

  

For dogs weighing 3-5.5 kg, take 0.5 tablet of 57mg; for dogs weighing 5.6-10kg, take 1 tablet of 57mg; for dogs weighing 10.1-15kg, take 1.5 tablets of 57mg; for dogs weighing 15.1-22kg , use 0.5 tablet of 227mg; for dogs weighing 22.1-45kg, use 1 tablet of 227mg; for dogs weighing 45.1-68kg, use 1.5 tablets of 227mg; for dogs weighing 68.1-90kg, use 2 tablets of 227mg.

  

Side effects:

  

Vomiting and diarrhea are occasionally seen, but usually return to normal after stopping treatment. In case of serious adverse reactions, stop treatment immediately and consult a veterinarian.

  

Noted:

  

1. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating female dogs, as well as

  

dogs under 10 weeks old and weighing less than 3kg.

  

2. Contraindicated in dogs with gastrointestinal bleeding, blood dyscrasias, or bleeding disorders; contraindicated in any dehydrated, hypovolemic, or hypotensive dog.

  

3. Do not use in combination with corticosteroids or other NSAIDs; do not use in combination with other potentially nephrotoxic drugs

  

4. Stop treatment if any of the following reactions occur: repeated diarrhea, vomiting, fecal occult blood, sudden weight loss, anorexia, lethargy, decline in liver and kidney biochemical indicators, etc.

  

5. Store unused halves in their original packaging for up to 7 days.

  

6. Do not overdose.

  

7. Wash hands after using this product.

  

8. This product should be kept out of the reach of children.
